BOSTON – August 16, 2022 – JFS Partners, a specialized M&A Advisory and Consulting firm facilitating transactions in the MSP, cloud, colocation and communications industries, announced today the acquisition of Vantage Point Solutions Group (VPSG), a leading provider of managed IT services (MSP) in Maryland, DC, Delaware and Virginia by Airiam.

JFS Partners served as the exclusive buy side advisor to Airiam, a managed IT and Cybersecurity company based in Miami Beach, Florida.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

The acquisition of VPSG strategically expands Airiam’s footprint as a national IT and cybersecurity provider to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a deeper portfolio of first-class managed IT and cybersecurity services, including a managed security service provider (MSSP), managed detection and response (MDR), recovery, compliance services, digital transformation and consulting.
